After over a year as a vegan, I finally got to try vegan cheese! Hubby ordered some Daiya vegan cheese (and other goodies) from Pangea Vegan Store and it arrived just in time for pizza night!
It was really yummy too! The cheese was creamy and melty, just the right amount to make it perfect! While we can't afford to buy it regularly, I'm glad I finally got to try it! (Now only if Giant Foods would carry it!)
