A great Vegan Mac and Cheese recipes is like the mecca of all Vegandom! I already have a favorite but this new one from Isa Chandra Moskowitz is getting a lot of postive buzz so I had to try it this week!
Mac & shrews is now in my top 5 best faux mac and cheese list. It uses sauerkraut to give the sauce a tang that is missing in many faux cheese sauces and comes out super creamy. (Even with my crappy old blender that's on it's last leg!)
I will be playing around with this one some more!
